The image below shows a beautiful bit of styling we did in our Betsy last weekend…she looked stunning! We opted for 4 designs to show of a different array of props.
Table 1 was the English table with a mixture of white and yellow flowers in crystal vases, silver tea pots and old glass cake stands along with these we added old glass oil burners, which we placed a few drops of jasmine oil to make the marquee smell nice too. The setting was completed with crystal glassware, silver cutlery and vintage chinaware, oh and we mustn’t forget our hand printed napkins with our guest names inside our couples logo. Table 2 was the Willow table, this was beautifully decorated with blue and white Chinese pottery filled with yellow and white tulips, which we locally sourced from smith and munson we completed the look with willow tableware and silver mismatch knife and folks. Table 3 the Eclectic table…it’s hard to say what didn’t go on this table from my years of addictive collecting, bun-son burners, chemistry vessels, medicine bottles, antlers, glass domes, tripod stands, ink wells, books, test tubes and more…each where filled with a mixture of dried and real single stems. Emily from CMA hire supplied the beautiful contemporary tableware and glassware…apart from my new collection of oil burners this table took some beating. Table 4 the Posh table was kept simple and classy with gold urns and brass candlesticks. CMA hire came up top trumps again with their glassware, beautiful tableware and napkins. Behind the top table we placed large vintage glass french doors and decorated with willow, ivy and dried flowers. Props available from Dottie Events and hire
Besty’s poles were decorated with with willow, ivy and dried flowers and we added vine garlands with beautiful hanging Mimosa.
